Academic Matters Abroad

• If, after you arrive, you decide to drop or add a course that was not approved on your Course Approval Form, you will need to get approval for the change from your academic advisor, approval for the new course equivalency from a faculty advisor in the field, and send all approvals to the Program Director, Global Exchanges. 
• When dropping or adding a course, please be aware that you will need to comply with the host university’s drop/add regulations. In addition, if the course change at the host university affects the number of credits you will transfer to FSU, you will also need to comply with FSU’s drop/add regulations to avoid impacting your tuition, fees, and financial aid.
