Independent Travel

• FSU does not sponsor or approve travel to locations with a “Level 4: Do Not Travel” advisory from U.S. Department of State.
• In the rare case that a student has already been accepted to participate in an exchange program in a location or country that changes to Level 3: Reconsider Travel”, the student will need to complete an Exemption Request for your intended travel to locations with a “Level 3: Reconsider Travel” advisory. The Exemption Request will be reviewed by the Travel Exemption Committee to determine whether the exchange program may continue.
